- Financial structuring, negotiation and project management for a joint venture between a non-profit and private developer to enable the new construction of a 250 unit, $120 million Affordable Senior Project on publicly owned land in White Plains, NY. Financing consists of 4% low-income housing tax credits, tax-exempt bond issuance, government subsidy, and bank financing. Client: Monadnock Development
- Conversion of $17 million in construction financing to permanent debt for a scattered site 91 unit Harlem project – into two 30-year loans – condo and rental – with NYC Pension Fund Financing, NYS Insurance, and NYC Subsidy. Client: Low Income Investment Fund
- Market Assessment and Loan Product Development evaluating need and demand for a new financial product. Developed loan product parameters & key terms.
